    Yep. From a dead cold block, cranked her up, again what dave said, started with a small bit then stepped up twice to the final hole size. Nothing to it.

    Threaded mine. Just like Dave said. Keep it cleaned out.But I'm paranoid and cranked mine just to try to blow out any chips. TAKE your time! That manifold metal is very soft and it will go easier then you think it will.

    Did the GPR LED relay mod yesterday. Quite useful to keep tabs on something else that might go wrong. $5 and 15 minutes. AND it bypasses the 'puter. I like that part the best I think.

    The way things are now adays? Service would be my biggest concern. Laptops are like all things, you get winners and lemons no matter what brand you buy. Just definitely get a service plan with it.

    I do because of this. Lubricity Additive Study Results - Diesel Place If I can't get BIO I run Opti-Lube XPD. They screwed us older trucks when they changed to ULSD.

    I did Dave! Read up on all of it. Got that leaking pinion seal replaced. And for what the stealership was gonna charge? I'm ahead of the game. Plus being able to work on my truck is just a bonus to owning it !!!!! :D
