    sounds like a big air leak. Leaky return lines will do that. As for fuel pressure it's only around 7psi for the IDI.

    Check the connections. They can get nasty with age.A good cleaning could be in order. As for the fluid all the Fisher plows we used were fed a diet of ATF. It could be a fluid problem.:dunno

    Low/ reverse is shot. The only fix is to rebuild the tranny.

    It's a pressure problem. Could be a plugged cooler or line. Low fluid level will cause this too.

    Most likely the forward drum is toast. You can change the fluid, but it will need to be rebuilt.
