ECU and TCM reflash programmer?
Forgive my ignorance. I currently own a GM, but seriously considering a F350. The Gm guys get access to an ECM and TCM programmer called EFI live it allows the owner to customise and build his own tunes, or alter canned tunes. We can change fuel injection dwell and duration, pressures...- dubious
