Engine temp questions?
I am a newbie and have a simple question as to what the normal operating temp should be while towing. Banks or Edge?
I had the Edge Juice Platinum and the guys at Banks talked me into the Six Gun PDA. It has more ponies 165 vs the Edge at 115. I also put on the Banks intercooler but the Banks is slower in 0 to 60 times then the Edge. With the Edge I was 7.1 seconds and with the Banks the best time on SL was...- Vortex

Getting Hot
I just got a 2006 F350 with a 8/10 in lift, 37 in Procomp Extremes, 4 in Silverline exhaust, Airraid Intake and Edge Attitude. I have a 30' toy hauler (tow trailer) loaded about 11,000 lbs going up the 15 freeway about an 8-10% uphill grade. My temp was up at 230 getting near red and had to slow...- Vortex
