Front License Plate Bracket

I just got into an accident with my truck and the only damage to the truck is that I need a new front license plate bracket. What is the normal cost of this part and is there any after market ones that might be cheaper?

Serpentine Belt removal?

Is there an easy way to change the serpentine belt on the '03 7.3? I see they put the radiator hose right through the middle of the belt.

7.3L getting poor gas milage

I just bought this 7.3L after I traded in my Duramax. For some reason I have gone 79 miles on 1/4 of a tank of diesel. Is this normal? If not any ideas what is wrong?
