F550 need help

ya ya lol... sorry kph lol ya in saskatchewan here we just had temps as low as -40.. wind chill getting in the low fourties. Letting the truck idle after she has been running for a while and the temp goes down rather quickly... gotta love a place that gets +35 in the summer and -40 in the winter...- 450psd

What is your Fuel Economy?
F-450 4.88's best in city i don't know how is 12.7 on the highway a whopping 14.4!!! yes boys its empty, i average around 8-10 nomatter the load with a trailer which i don't mind when its a 20,000 Ibs.- 450psd

Well the truck is running fine. They said because of the cold weather and the cold weather start a sensor on the exhaust (can't remember for the life of me which one). So now the truck runs fine and also it is kinda nice now that the truck lets you know when it hits its Regen cycle- 450psd

I actually was reading about the wet stacking yesterday and am now aware of what it is. I was reading manual and it says do NOT let engine idle for more than ten minutes and then if you do drive it for several miles before shutting off. Good to know though. Hey guys, Today it was minus -33C outside and after starting my check engine light must have come on in the ten fifteen minutes while it was warming up. It sounds fine, revs fine, and drives fine... sorta. It lacks power. when I push the petal it revs up on the down shift but takes forever...- 450psd

Looking at new diesel trucks - want unbiased input
well the truck im driving is not only a f-250 but a f-450. I wanted tow package so i got that heavy duty tow package with 4.88's to handle those much bigger loads(24,000lbs+). So far i have about 20,000km's and the motor has run flawless nothing ever seems to run weird, or anything of that sort...- 450psd
