    I change both of my fuel filters every 10k. In fact - I follow the severe duty recommended interval schedule by Ford even though my truck leads the easy life. I think of it as cheap insurance in my book.

    Power steering spline count

    I think that yours is a 32 spline count as the 06 I used to have had a much larger 36 spline count one. I had to replace it before I traded it in.
