Question EBPV sensor
OK guys, still dealing with the problem of the truck but starting with one thing at a time. Due to the warmer weather we were having the truck did not have to warm up in the morning like normal so the EBPV did not close. That is making think that may be the problem so unplugged the sensor. No chip in the truck. I have wondered if the previous owner had a chip in it but found no evidence. I am starting to lean towards the EBPV issue more after hearing what ya'll are saying. Once it dies I have discovered that I can't immediately crank it back up. Have to wait 30 seconds to a minute and it will immediately crank. Help Needed 7.3L mystery
We have ran all the diagostics, even running the Ford program. The only interesting part of that is when we ran that program, the Ford program read the truck as being a 2000 7.3L with a manual transmission. Help Needed 7.3L mystery
That has been the real mystery too. The codes have been different almost every time. The only consistant code was a P3048 or P0348? I think that is what code it was, do not remember for sure. It was the back pressure code.- Pecoy
