    Tires All of the tires mentioned on this are good, but the key to getting mileage out of them is to buy at a place that offers free rotations and balancing and have that done about every 6K miles. On this type of truck the tires wear out really fast if they are not rotated/balanced regularly.

    Sorry for delay in reply. The plunger on driver's side appears to be free. The kickup solenoid is retracted and out of contact with lever at all times when A/C is off. The engine idels OK, but returns way below idle when accelerated and dies.
