under dash data port

I have a 2002 diesel X and I recently put a edge evolution tuner on it. I went to plug it in today to check a code and it would not power up. Normally when you plug it in, it will turn on. Has anybody else had this problem? Any help would be appreciated. I also plugged a hypertech programmer...

I just found the site and really like it. I just got my 2002 2wd Diesel Excursion limited on last monday. I sold my F250 just in time, to find the X. I have put a programmer on it and ordered sway bars. Look forward to your comments. Later
