under dash data port

I have a 2002 diesel X and I recently put a edge evolution tuner on it. I went to plug it in today to check a code and it would not power up. Normally when you plug it in, it will turn on. Has anybody else had this problem? Any help would be appreciated. I also plugged a hypertech programmer in to see if it would come on and it would not.

You will also find the cigar lighter inop, check for a blown fuse. It should be fuse 12, 20 amp in the fuse box under the dash.

What he said. When I've aired back up at the track with my 12v pump in the cig ligher and the Evo still plugged in from using the data streams it will pop the fuse. If I use the powerport above the cup holder it won't pop it.
