03 6.0 no start
Here goes... When cold (its been in the high 30s) the truck fires up great!! After driving and getting things up to temp all is well. Shut it down and then get no restart till things are cooled off, half hour or so. It is doing the same thing during the 65 degree day to. I work at a shop...- bmoyce

cooling system cleaning??
Replace the oil cooler a while back. Had the radiator gone thru while we were at it. Tried to clean as much of the remaining oil out of the system as possible. I still have some residual oil in the evap tank. I suction it of every few days. Any tricks or solution to this issue?? BTW...- bmoyce

White smoke untill warm???
Hera as many details as i can think of... Start the truck, let the slighly rough idle (that has been there since new) smoth out, 15 secs or so. Drive away. Every thing is fine till I get up in the gears then let out of it(like coasting to a stop light.) then it will POUR with smoke out while...- bmoyce

New exhaust
Anyone know of a pre made piece of pipe to move your pipe in front of the rear tire. I've got all stock pipe with a muffler delete. Or has any one done this out of the bends you would throw away after cutting it??- bmoyce

Leaky 6.0 question?
I've developed a water leak. I cant pinpiont where it is coming from, but it apears to be a coolant line that runs across the top rear of the motor. We've had our first couple of cold nights here(in the 30s) so I'm thinking maybe a bad hose or clamp. The truck is an 03 with 125k miles, if...- bmoyce

rough idling 6.0
I have an 03 250 with a 6 litre. It idles rough, but runs fine under a load. I have drained the h2o separater, changed the fuel filters and put a new crank position sensor on.
