    Alternator Died at 69,000 miles

    We have several PSD's and the alternator has been a frequent problem. Lately we have been getting rebuilt units from a local auto electric shop that our local NAPA uses. They increase the output of the standard 110A unit to 130A. Don't get one from your dealer, they all have the same problem...

    Anyone using the 7.3 coolant filter kit from Bob Riley...

    I installed mine a couple of years ago. I mounted mine with plastic Ty-wraps. when I need to change the filter, I snip the ty-wraps and lift up the filter and housing and hold it over a bucket.
