Basic Mods for a 96 PSD

I recently purchases 1996 4x4 5spd PSD w/3:55 gears. I dont want something that can run 11's in the 1/4 mile. I just want to increase the efficiency of the truck. Mods im interested in: Air Intake Intercooler Exhuast Chip

Intercooler for 1996 PSD

I'm looking to add an intercooler to my 1996 PSD. What is the easiest cheapest route to do it? Will the 99-02 7.3 PSD intercooler and plumbing work on the on the earlier trucks?

New PSD Owner in Texas!

I recently purchased a 1996 F250 Extended Cab 4x4 PSD 5spd 3:55's Silver in Color 294k mile. Has 4inch Skyjacker Suspension lift and 36" Maxis Buckshot mudders. Factory exhaust/intake/fuel system. Hope to get some Good input on this site on some good clean mod's to make the truck more...
