    I was thinking the other that it'd be nice to have a visual indicator in addition to the beeper while backing up. Has anyone ever tried wiring a LED light back by the beeper? Is there any voltage back there, say in line with the beeper that a LED could be tapped in? Putting one or more LEDs...

    Making a square hole

    Its a done deal. I used the dremel on the long edges and the drill bit on the short edges. Looks good too! It was a very tight fit in the end because I cut on the inside edge of my outline and filed slightly from there.
