    If im not mistaken the GEM module keeps an eye on that part of the vehicle and it know when the seatbelt is unplugged.If that module goes bad (and it does) then it wont see the belt plugged in.Or its something with the reciever of the belt,sometimes those go bad.And i believe that it either...

    Wont start,replaced cps& its poppin 30A fuse.

    I unplugged the fuel bowl heater and it doesnt blow the fuse.Im going to replace it just for grins and giggle's,i get a pretty good discount at ford through my work at Volvo.If anyone needs parts for there Volvo cars,let me know.
