Wont start,replaced cps& its poppin 30A fuse.

Like the title says.
99 F350.
Predator tuner,4" turbo back exhaust.No other mods thus far (yet).
Wont start,replaces CPS sensor.Still no good,and its poppin the 30 amp fuse under the dash for the heated fuel and other stuff,its the only one i can remember that it does.Is it possible it has a faulty heater?is that part in the bottom of the filter Assy?And what else could be the culprit.One day i was drivin it and it just quit,i replaced the fuse (same one as now) and drove it home.Now it just pops the fuse when the key is turned on.I know it has to be fuel related,as thats the only way to shut off a diesal.Any help is appreciated.

Disconnect the heater.

Unhook the electrical connector going to the fuel bowl heater locted on the bottom back side of the fuel bowl. Its probably shorted out. You and a lot of other people can live without the heater. Replace it if you'd like.

I unplugged the fuel bowl heater and it doesnt blow the fuse.Im going to replace it just for grins and giggle's,i get a pretty good discount at ford through my work at Volvo.If anyone needs parts for there Volvo cars,let me know.
