    Which 30 amp fuse are you blowing? If it is for the fuel heater, which also controls the "wait to start light". Disconnect the electrical connector on the side of the fuel filter housing and see if it still blows. If it doesn't blow, replace the fuel heater.

    The sensor on the rear is the vss/rear abs sensor. these vehicles have a three channel abs system. One sensor on each front wheel, one sensor for both rear wheels. Three sensors = three channel system.

    This could happen, but look at it this way. If you don't change the fluid, the trans will definitely go out eventually. The old fluid is just going to cause more damage the longer it is in the trans.

    Not nessasarily. Static compression could be fine, may only leak under extreme cylinder pressure (turbo boost). The best test is to check for combustion gases in the cooling system. Any good engine tech will have the kit needed to perform this test.
