Weird noise and coolant leak???

Truck just came out of shop for idler pulley locking up and throwin my belt, while they had it they pulled lower radiator hose and put new coolant in. now when i let off the throttle it sounds like an old closet door closing around the turbo area i believe. Like a "rrrrrrrr" noise. plus it's...

EGR BYPASS?

Tryin to find some companies that offer some sort of bypass system. my mach. buddy told me it's for offroad use only but he says it's so deep in the motor you'll never see it.

SCT tire size setting

I"m running 37" tires, but the SCT programmer has some crazy numbers starting at 500 rotations per mile crap. anybody have a clue what number it needs to be on for 37s. :dunno
