    Well the Ford dealer said the ignition actuator rod is very common problem so thats where im starting and it makes sense because ive already replaced the ignition tumbler. Never had a steering column apart so im nervous but will see how it goes.

    Ill have to check. Supposidly from what im getting people are telling me I am going to have to buy an 8ft bed and ext it 4in to fit flush with the cab.

    Ran it down the highway for several hours yesterday about an hr from home torque converter locked up and that was all she wrote. Burnt up the trans fluid.     ok so I got the trans temp and exhaust gas tempature gauges hooked up. But where do I hook up the boost gauge line. I cant figure out or find where the supplied vaccum line from the gauge needs to go.

    Ok I got the trans temp and exhaust gas temp guages all hooked up and in. But where the heck does the supplied boost guage hose hook up. it says to cut into a stock vaccum line but I dont see any.

    When I start the truck and pull away without a warm up it sounds like the truck is hesitating but its not. It also makes a weird grinding noise maybe i cant explain it. Once its warmed up goes away. Any idea.

    oil leak

    so oil keeps leaking around my oil filter. I have determined its not the filter im thinking the oil cooler has a hole in it maybe and its leaking down around the filter. How bad is it to replace. Ive been told its not a easy job.

    yea i think today im gonna get a 3in downpipe and just cut the muffler and converter off and just put a tip on for now.
