Help Needed 99 f-350 electronic issues

My door locks act as if they are not getting enough power, w/ either remote or door mount operation. A year ago for no apparent reason a fuse blew that went to my electric windows.After replacing the fuse I now have sporatic and intermittant lights in my stereo (factory), so can't tell what...

Just registered. I am new to diesel's though this is my 3rd Ford truck.I have a 99 F-350 crew cab standard bed 4x4.Bought it used w/ 50K.Needed the extra tow capacity for my 26' pull trailer and other toys that go in back.Have been having some weird electronic issues.
