idm
i get a 1668 code for short or ground in ef line damged idm no power or bad pcm. i just replaced the idm three weeks ago and it went out again. hate to replace again if there is something else taking out the idm. if i put a good idm on it it starts right up.- fordfury

egr cooler or head gaskets
how can you tell if the head gaskets are leaking or its the egr. lots of steam coming out of exhuast. pressure builds in rad tank. runs good other wise just looks like steam engine. no miss or anything. only code i get is of course egr out of flow range. ive seen a few of these steam but...- fordfury

Finally got my injector cups and injectors re installed. sent my injectors to rosewood, did a great job on them, thing runs alot smoother than it did. would of got them installed alot sonner but the mail thought they needed to send them around the us. still not sure what happened there. but...- fordfury
