02 F350 stuck in 4low

So I changed my rear pinion seal, and I have a slight incline on my driveway, so I blocked the tires, put it in 4 low, and removed the rear stuff to change the pinion seal. When I got everything back to together, I went to move the truck and take it out of 4 low and nothing...wont go back to 2 wheel drive. I cant hear the solenoid like I did before when I put it in 4 low. Any suggestions I should try? Anything to look at?

try backing up...mine got stuck once and had to back up about 300 feet...hope this helps

I guess I just didnt back up far enough, had to go quite a ways. Thanks!
