MY 2004 F350 SUPERDUTY 6.0 PSD HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AT 22,000
MILES. DEALER IS REPLACING UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS.

Thanks to everyone with all their suggestions. Turns out it was the swaybar bushings, THANKS Strokin it7.3. Just got my log in back, couldn't reply.
