05/06 wheels on a 2000 truck

I've got a line on a set of 05/06 18" wheels/tires for 350 bucks.

I'd like to get a taller rim on my truck (such as an 18") and I cant beat the price.

My question is, is there a backspacing difference between my factory 2000 lariat rims, and these 18" 05/06 rims? Or are they a direct bolt on?

Daryl there is a difference, but I'm not sure how much. I have read that they have more backspacing than the 99-04 wheels. Enough that it does get into the suspension. I have asked someone with an 05/06 to measure their backspacing for me but have not had any replies.
