05 6.0 cranks but does not start

ckeck all fuses.... my uncle had the exact same problem.... it was a fuel pump fuse... the fuel pump was puttin out too many amps and blew the fuse... he cked the fuses three times but didnt catch it i guess... give it a shot

So my truck has been fixed fro two weeks. It turned out to be a couple of oil rail plugs and egr valve. They also re-flashed the ecu.


So, this morning my wife goes to a garage sale with her friends and calls me that the truck is smoking excessively and sounds like it is knocking. So, I tell her to come home and WTF. Smoking excessively is not even the word for it and the knocking, suprised she made it home. Now, we have to wait till tommorrow for the dealership to open and check the truck out. In the meantime we have nothing to get around in.

I wonder if they messed something up when they where putting it back together?

Had similar issues, turned out to be a faulty FCIM, and bad fuel that wreaked havoc on my injectors, not to mention a bad HFCM that did not let me know I had water in the fuel.
