08 to 04 mirrors and bars

Does anyone know if I can replace my factory(04) running boards and tow mirrors with a set of each from an 08? I found a set of chrome nerf bars and blach tow mirrors off of an 08 for a really good price.... Will they both bolt right up without any special drilling?

I am in the process of changing my 05 Power Paddle mirrors to the 08 TT mirrors that have the power glass,turnsignal and heated. The wires have to be spliced and most of the colors match for a direct wire up. It is very easy at most 45min a mirror.
I also had to cut off the little tab on the new mirror because there was not a hole in the door for it. You will see what I mean when you get yours.
