Took her in for a Battery light on dash. Came on 30sec. after start and stays on. Repeated about 10 times during a weekend trip pulling a trailer and some home running around. Dealer said it is a battery cable that has a fusible link. They had to order one from Ford and it will take some time to install. We will see what happens tomorrow!

Just to update my situation. It was indeed the battery cable. The dealer replaced a cable on each battery.
It seems the the fusible link can become week over time. Which creates a false positive non-charging situation.
