I have a dumb question.. always wondered for a long time, but why did for never make a 98 diesel, was it because they only made the 98 F-250s in a F-150 body style like they had for years back in the 90s. I one pulled up while I was at work and I though about that. So did for only make Gas F-250s like the 150 body styles or did they also make F-350s in that body style. Just something I have been wondering.

Thanks, Justin:santa2

There were no 98 model year F350's or heavy duty F250's, but you could buy a 99 super duty in febuary 98, at least that was when I saw my first super duty at my local dealer, but I only got to see it for a few minutes because the buyer was leaving right when I got there. It's kinda wierd, but not much different than the 08's already being made right now except they did at least, make the 07's for a few months this year, rather than skipping an entire model year like they did back then. I don't know exactly why they did that, but maybe someone else knows the exact reason.
