Not sure about mileage but if you wanna roll back the asphalt, go SCT with custom tunes.

Best tuner you can get is a custom tuned SCT. The best mileage I've got from my truck is just a hair under 24 running the "High Power" file from Elite. I can usually average about 21-22 consistently on the highway. I don't even worry about around town, to many stoplights. And the "Insanity" file is wicked fun.
