hey need some help 2004 6.0 throwing all the coolant out the tailpipe plus have leak in the engine compartment pass side plus when this started the turbo started to scream. truck still runs, maybe someone can give me some advice thanx

I am fairly new to the 6.0 but that sounds like a head gasket failure. The early 6.0's had what Ford refers to as Catastrophic Engine Failure that happened on some off the earlier 6.0 engines.

Looks like Yooper hit the nail on the head. You need to get head studs installed and new gaskets. BIG JOB! The cab should come off to get the necessary clearance for the head job. Good Luck!

Thanx for the help i hope you are wrong but i have got to fix it either way .Does any one know what the warrenty is i hope its 5 years 100 thou, im just under 5 years and it has 94 thou mabe ill get lucky

thanx again Dave for the help . I called up Ford today and they told me i have 29 days left on my warrenty so its off to the shop on friday. ill let u know what the prob was when i get it back
