I'm a k&n man also, but most will tell you that a kn is bad for the diesel engine due to the fine dust passing through and will tear up the turbo. Most will tell you to do the Tymar setup with a paper filter or go with an AFE setup pro guard 7 media filter that can also be recharged. I'll prob. put the AFE on mine. More will chime in with their thought's on this subject.-popcorn -popcorn -popcorn

I dunno about that

My turbo whistles so much more after the aFe intake

I bought my truck for work and not performance, so I run the stock setup.

I Luv my k&n cold air kit! turbo screems and i definetly notice pwr increase! I hope the dust theory is incorect i have a long gravel driveway and do a lot of off road driving 4 atving!!!
