Question 2015 F250 Super Duty Mirror Skull Cap

Need some help. I have a 2015 F250 Super Duty with the black mirrors.

First question: Can the top of the black mirrors be replaced by the OEM Ford chrome style caps?

Second question: If so, does anyone know how to remove the original black cap, so the chrome cap can be installed?
