I have the navigation in my factory system however it is not activated. I have the SD card for the maps. When I try to install from the screen it states their is a file missing from the "root" directory. I called the Ford owners line and after dealing with a non-English speaking person they aid to take in to the dealership. I did and they said as of 2017 ford does not support Sync any long, I have a 2016!?!?!?
Does any one have any ideas how to get this thing up and running?
