4R100 TRANS FILTER

I just got a WIX filter and it's made in china. got a purolator filter and again made in china.and the filter is not as thick as it use to be. is there a good filter out there that is made in .i dont remember purolator filter being cheaply made the case is not as thick as it use to be, and WIX CHINA what the ----up with that !! I guess i should just should use a fram and that is junk to

Check with your Ford dealer. MC filters might still be made in the USA.

How much trans fluid does the 4r100 take? Im gonna be doing a filter swap / sonnax kit / torque converter in the next week or so and want to have enough fluids...

The 4x4 models take 17.7 quarts and the 4x2 take 17.1 quarts.

I'm readying up to order the External Trans Fluid filter kit soon.
