My cousin has an 05 Superduty 6.0. He recently did ARP head studs and new head gaskets. He put it all back together, ran great for about 500 miles then started running like crap. Seems he didnt get the very back passenger side injector torqued down. He re torqued all the injectors but this rear injectors copper washer is frozen where the injector goes into the head. Hes been trying to get it out with any tools he can find. Anyone have this prob before? Any ideas on what he can try?
