6.0 Intercooler in my 7.3.....Why?

I am curious to know why a 6.0 intercooler is better. It looks as if a 7.3 is larger. Larger= more surface area to cool air...right?

The 6.0 intercooler is larger and does a better job of cooling the intake air charge.

Yes the 6.0 is larger than the 7.3. You get more cool air inturn lower Pryo Temps. It is just cheaper that buying a Banks intercooler.

Dont expect big drops with a 6.0 IC... about 50-100 towing max... nothing empty...
