Any of you guys that went to the fair today, did you hear the 6.4? Did they start it up?

i bet its silent...think about it...what sound is gonna get past
sequential turbos ? much less the muffler, the cat *AND* the soot trap...

I hadnt read about the injection pressure being bumped...hell its 15-20k psi
NOW (gmc/bosch had lots of leaks when they 1st did it).

only think id read about the injectors is they went to common rail &
peizo vs. mechanical under the valve cover to keep things
hushed up.

Ya no joke about the aftermarket. I wasn't sure about the rattle. Prolly doesn't rattle at all. Figured the exhaust would be silent.

you will hear it. listen to a 2004+ VW. 45,000 psi injection pressure. iirc 30bar. still sounds like a diesel, but quiter. it is more of a roar than a pocketa pocketa

propably aftermarket nozzles from someone like Fratelli Bosio.
