6 disc nav factory head unit ??????

Ok this is the deal I scored a factory touch screen nav/cd player for lets say on the real real cheap, my question is what do I need to make the nav part work in my 08' that did not come with it from the factory? It bolts in and has 2 of the 3 plugs, and I need the obvious antenna. Whats the third plug for?.

You might just need to buy the anthana from the dealer, do you have the programing I think the programing is more expensive then the unit. I was quoted a Nav unit to put in my unit for $60. programs are much more.
