that would be a bad pressure cap..

But as long as you bought the truck with one head off, I'd just take a deep breath and deal with the other one.

I belive the cap was good, po broke the hose fitting off the side and attempted to fix it with a air line fitting and some silicone, practically fell off, no way it held pressure
