Sorry, I left out HID in the title, but YES they are.
Got them from a guy on Ebay, called HIDKING, I think others on this board have ordered from them.
Since they are BI-XEON and the bulb actallly moves for the HI/Low Effect, the ran about $148 Shipped!
They may not be the BEST on the market or newest, but they will work in my old truck.

what brand were the ballasts? i keep going back and forth on these for my mustang. headlight harness and better bulbs was fine for the truck but the actual headlights make a horrible beam on the car. the kit i have been eying is nearly 300 buck it has a pretty good reputation.
