95issues, hard starting, miss,IDM?

I recently got a hard start issue...warm or cold, then prior to that
on start up or coming to a stop after driving ( quick slow downs, stops)
I get a low idle, like miss. any ideas...IDM???
I changed the right bank v/c gasket and harness six months ago because
it was fried.
any leads be helpful
batteries are six months old, check grounds, terminals ok

Possibly the IPR (injection pressure regulator) valve O-rings.

no, lower left had side (drivers side) of the pump and you can remove the IPR and do a rebuild on it also.

Have you ever replaced injector o-rings? Mine would be hard to start sometimes recently and would blow clouds of white smoke. I found myy o-rings were shot when I replaced the injectors yestereday.

well I finally narrowed it down to the starter had an excessive load when
cranking. I am still going to check the ipr, but currently am changing the oil filter housing. do you have to remove the exhaust manifold??? to reinstall it??
