After 315k, my A/C clutch has took a dump. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but that's one thing I've never done. Any tricks or special tools that I need to be aware of before tearing into this?:dunno

non-metallic feeler gauge and a pair of snap-ring pliers is about it.. there is a puller for the drive plate, but you won't need it..

Thanks JL!:sweet

Well, the snapring pliers are covered and I've got feeler guages, but of course they're metal.........I've never seen anything other than metal ones. Where does a man get something like that? It doesn't sound like something I'm gonna find at Autozone.

look in your set & see if one is brass..
