Do any of you use K&N Air Filters? I've read where they increase the horsepower and mileage? I've thought about putting them on both the 150 and the Explorer. I have seen where they have a lifetime warranty.

I would keep away from K&N filters. You get more power and better mileage because they DO NOT FILTER very well at all. You will trash your engine by using K&N filters.

X2. unless your pinned next the very same car with the very same engine at full throttle you will never even notice the "gain". But you will notice the junk them filters let into your motor.

Do the DIY tymar airfilter. The open element airfilter works great and you will notice a difference. I believe napa is the only one that carries it. :sweet
