If you haven't opened the front of the air intake tube,Git r Done! 
Our truck noticably accelerated off the line alot quicker after the mod was done

If you have a dremmel tool, the cut off wheel is a great way to connect the drilled holes. Wear a mask or at the least pull your shirt collar over your nose, it's fiberglass.

I did this on both my 02 and 03 Excursion...
today when they came over to do the remote start on the 05 Ex,
I noticed the "Snorkle" for it is a LOT larger in diameter than either of the others and even closer to the radiator support....
SO.... I'm presuming the zoodad mod will do even betta on the 05...
we'll let ya know as soon as I get to it...
