That is the USA Turbo. It was first marketed as the High Tech turbo and is sold by many others like Industrial Injection(Phat Stroker) and some others. Not really sure who makes it but now Turbonetics has the same turbo with their name on the compressor housing. It's not a ball bearing cartridge so it's not going to be as loud as Bryan's turbo.

Its a very good turbo, I have been running one for quite a while now. Works good, DOES NOT surge.
