the used motor oil re burn is a touchy item, used motor oil is fuel of bad stuff
additives etc.

diesel fuel mileage, i think he is saying you use 75% used oil to the 25% diesel used so that would equate to a higher miles driven per #2 used
clever marketing statement,
so out of 64 ounces per gallon, 16 would be used by the diesel fuel and the remainder would be used engine oil
