What kind/size axle's do I have, front and rear? I've looked all over and can't find anything. All I see is a tag that says I have 3.73 gears.

My 99.5 has a Dana 50 up front and a Sterling 10.5 in the rear. My understanding is that the 10.25s were replaced when they rolled out the Super duty line. The 10.5 was used in the 250 & 350 SRW applications. The Dana 80 was used in the DRW applications for the 350 & 450 (at least in the early years). The DRW trucks used a Dana 60 in the front.

My 2005, has a Sterling 10.25 in the rear and a Dana 60 in the front.

From what I can find, and have been told Superduyty's will have, 10.25 in the rear for F250, 10.5 for SRW 350, and Dana 80 for DRW 350

And up front the SRW SD's up to 2004 have a Dana 50, and 2005+ have Dana 60, I don't know what the DRW trucks have upfront.:dunno

If any of this is wrong, then please correct me, but I do know what MY truck has.:cowboy:

only big difference in the 1025 and 1050 is the bearings and the pinion has longer splines I beelive on the 1050.

you can swap parts back and forth and they will work in either housing.

I new it was the same housing, but don't they have different size ring gear as well?:dunno

Yes 10.25 and 10.50 is the ring gear size in inches. The 350 drw trucks have a dana super 60 in the front and a dana 80 rear. Im not sure the difference between the 60 and super 60 but thats what its called. By the way at some point the 450s started to use a dana 125 rear I dont know what year it started.
