Back Up Sensor Conversion

My 2003 King Ranch doesn't have back up sensors and after backing into a pole earlier tonight I would really like to have them. I know I will need the bumper with the sensors. Is the wiring harness already there for the bumper and also in the cab? Then I will need the switch, speaker etc. What all is involved? Has anyone done this?

When I bought my 2006 F350 I talked to the dealer about having the sensors installed, they quoted me $250 for the job. There was no talk about changing the bumper. One of these days I get around to having it done.
