The two sided tape ones should be very easy to get off with a heat gun. I saw some guys do it on a car show in Spike TV one day.

the door (diesel) badges are TAPED on...the Fx50 badges have
alignment pins (and will leave holes)

If you really want the Fx50 badges gone, you could always weld the holes shut, bondo, and a respray on the fenders. The fenders are easy to remove, though a bit of a pain to re-align. I've done this on my truck, and it really cleans up the sides.
